    A known fault has no way of being officially replaced? That's poor show from MS.

    Is it possible to raise a fault with tech support to have the issue looked at by MS?

    I know you can find the normal elite controller grips with the rubber padding on amazon and ebay as a new replacement part. Not sure if you can find yours there or not.
