    Sorry to say but nope. As far as I know Microsoft doesn’t sell officially replacement grips for Xbox controllers / design lab controllers

    rubber grips coming off Design Lab controller

    This seems to be a regular problem with rubber grips, sadly. People are regularly having issues with them coming off of the Elite controller. If it's under warrantly, definitely contact Microsoft/Design Labs again to get it fixed. I have an Xbox Design
    Labs controller myself, but without the rubber grips. Sorry you're having issues with them. Hopefully you've had it for a long time at least and got some good out of them so far.
