    Replacement for 3month Xbox Live Gold


    I was told by support agent Mira to post requesting a replacement for the $25 card I added to my account.

    I was trying to purchase a 3month subscription and was told by a walmart representitive that this card would work in its place.

    I also recall using my account balance to renew my Gold in the past.

    wheres my redeemed 3month xbox live at?

    redeemed xbox 3month membership card back on 11/23 2013 (shows paid for on Walmart receipt) redeemed code/ showed 3month gold membership but have yet been able to get on xbox live. made a new account and received 1 month free trail. what the f--k is going

    Unfortunately support gave you incorrect information. No one on the forums can exchange a card for you.

    It's never been possible to use your account balance for gold subscriptions.

    only ways to buy gold are A: a pre ay gold card in one month, 3 month, and 12 month increments. a credit card or other form of payment, note when you use anything other than a pre pay card it will turn on auto renewal and charge the payment method used
    over and over unless you turn it off. the currency card you got can only be used for anything other than a Live subscription.
