    I did the replacement back in nov. and the replacement was defective. So I returned purchase to Best Buy and replacement to xbox. 2 months later I get email saying my CC will charged for the replacement console. I had to call them and verify that I
    sent it back with my tracking number. Now on April 25th my CC was charged $528.94 for a console that I returned in Dec! WTF? Called them and they couldn't do anything for me after an hour in the fricken phone. Called my CC company and reported as a fraudulent
    charge. Cancelled my card. Now I'm hoping this gets off my account.? I never did purchase a Xbox 1 because I was considering a PS4. Well thx Microsoft for making my decision for me. Been a customer for 12 + years. Now I will no longer support you! Disappointed
    to say the least!!!

    I contacted both studios CS for replacement but they all refused exchange outside US

    Bad power supply unit. I was told by xbox.

    6-8 weeks for a replacement? The guy I spoke to said it was 2-5 days for my replacement by using the Advanced Exchange option

    It isn't that hard to show that you returned it to them. That is why you keep the tracking number as proof it was delivered. I find it odd that it wasn't until 2 months later that you saw a charge on your card as they only give you 14 days to send it back.

    I gave them tracking to prove I sent it back 2 months after the fact. They didn't charge me until 5 months later! BS!

    Sorry for the disappointment,

    Have you called Best Buy?? Who charged your account Best Buy or Microsoft? Who is Them?

    Have you called the Credit Card company??? Canceling the card will do nothing.

    Please give phone support a call for account and billing issues.

    Reported it as a fraudulent charge and they said it should be off my account 3-5 business days. This whole experience makes me wonder how many other people are being ***? Charge was from Microsoft.com.

    Your math makes no sense. You sent it back 2 months after? Well that would be why you were charged, as you only have 14 days to send it back. Then you say they didn't charge you until 5 months after? Or you are just doing a bad job actually explaining what
