Replacement Elite V2 Controller - Replacement Delivered Faulty......

I've been an Xbox user for 15 years, during that time I've owned most consoles from the 360 to the Series X. Rarely have I had an issue. My Xbox One X needed a replacement hard drive and that's about it.

Being a gaming fan I've purchased the Elite controllers, great controllers but the V2 seems to be a little troublesome than any other controllers I've had. My V2 developed a bumper button issue, it's long been out of warranty so I accepted a replacement for £75. This was delivered in a plain box with no paperwork yesterday. I've charged it, connected to my Xbox and immediately found the Dpad does not work. Great.

I've spent the last hour trying to find a way of contacting Microsoft to discuss returning it without any luck!

How can I speak to real person in the UK about returning my expensive, no working controller??

Far from impressed with this, cannot believe the controllers are not checked throughly before dispatching..

Quick Update, my 2nd "new" controller has been delivered very quickly, thank you Microsoft for actioning so quickly.

This controller is working fine, so now feeling alot happier, just ashame the initial replacement was DOA.

Thank you for the information, I've contacted MS support as suggested. The new controller is indeed faulty and has had to be returned, so I am still without a working contoller even though I paid £75 for a "new, working" controller.

Are the controller tested when built?

Select the " See Contact Options" or "Request a Call" button
Select the following drop-down menu options in the following order:

The third box will ask you to describe your issue "XXXXXX" and then select the "Next" button.
The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

Request a replacement, I have had bithr the original elite and the elite v2 thankfully I haven't had any issues, I'm sorry to hear that the controller isn't working
