Replacement elite controller came broken.

What am i ment to do if a replacement came to me broken? i finally got my elite back after around 3-4weeks after i sent my old one away with grip peeling and connection issues (would keep turing off for no reason).

The replacement i got a has a noticeable gap on bottom left corner between the bottom and the top of the controller and the left bumper seems to be harder to push in compared to the right bumper.

Playing MW2 or any War/Shooting game results in controller disconnecting

Using the original controller that came with the Elite and also a replacement original that I bought later.

I need to send in my Xbox one elite controller to get fixed. At the device service and repair in the elite controller thing it wants to send me replace accessories not an actual
elite controller. There's a replacement standard controller. Do I use the standard replacement and I send my elite controller and they'll send me an elite controller or a standard? I'm just confused, am I overlooking something? I've read other post about broken
elite controllers but the answered ones just have a link to the Device service and repair page or something along the lines of that.

for an issue like this, since it was already send in to be repaired etc. I advise to contact Xbox Support to see what the best steps are to have this issue sorted properly.
