Replacement controller

Hi Guys,

I am writing this because i am disappointed with the recent troubles i have had with my Xbox one,

First my Xbox one and Kinect both broke at the same time i had to send them off to be repaired, I didnt mind this too much to be honest as i still have my 360, the turn around was pretty quick and it was still in warranty. Plus i understand that this things
somethings happen.

However, my controller has now broken, i spoke to someone on the chat and it is being replaced, Great i thought.

Until i received the instructions telling me that i have to send off my broken controller and then wait up to 20 days for a new controller. Not a problem if you have a second controller, Which i dont which means that i can not play my xbox one for up to 3 weeks
or go out and spend roughly £40 for a second controller which i then wont use again except on rare occasions.

As a loyal Xbox user who has been playing xbox since the release of the original console, i do feel slightly let down and disappointed by this, Is there no way to get a faster turn around on an accessory?

I finaly got my new controller yesterday after 2,5 months!

They had a wrong notation of my address!

hello, i am in the same boat as you lot, i am now on my 3rd xbox one and will be on my 3rd controller, 1st xbox one was fine, i beleive it was the second or third day my day one controller analogue stick kept on clicking when moved in a circular motion,
i had that replaced from where i had purchased it as they still had day ones in stock, replaced after 3 days no problem only thing was they had to replace the whole system so no xbox for 3 days, the second xbox was received and a chip on the side looked like
it had been dropped, i still have the photos for proof, so what i did was the advance exhange with microsoft ok 7 days not a problem, then slowly but slowly the controller i knew was going to go soon the A button was starting the stick a little bit got video
for proof, it sometimes does it on my brothers day one controller aswell, but it soon sorted it self out, until one day was playing Forza 5 no lie about to start the race so trigger was held in, the trigger no lie got stuck and wouldnt release until the controller
vibrated weird i know, look a left corner i think and pop goes the analogue stick again, the first controller analogue stick went on FIFA 14, anyways it has been 2 weeks to the exact since micorsoft has had the controller, just received an email from micorsoft
saying it could take up to 28 days to recieive new controller, so let me get this right i sent controller on 12 April, they receive it on 16 April, email me on 28 APril saying it can take 28 days to get new controller, so my new controller should be here 28
May lol what do i do until then microsoft i am not buying a new controller for something that is your fault and is happening to others, they offered no compensation for my loss of xbox live no free game which i should be entitled to as my XB is just left connected
to the Sky box left in TV everyday, Microsoft you are not looking after your customers at all, if i could turn back time i would have never have brought this machine a waste of £430, i will be posting this on IGN, N4G, EUROGAMER where ever i can aswell this
is not fair microsoft you just want our money and do not care about us, so unhappy with you and your service

 

Unfortunately I am having to deal with the same issue except with the power brick. This is sadly do to the fact that Microsoft is to worried about a $25-40 item then the loyalty of the consumer. When it comes down to it, it is all about the $
