Replacement controller???

Discus and support Replacement controller??? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I sent my controller off to get a replacement. It was delivered to them on 09/29/14.     So I sent my controller off to get a replacement. It was delivered to them on 09/29/14. There is no update on the order status to let me know they received it, and I've gotten no email. Everytime I chat with a representative, they just tell me I will get
    it. One representative even guaranteed me I would get it in the next couple days (That was 2 days ago.)

    Should there be an update on the status? Or do I just have to keep waiting?

    Hi Fruitsnacks,

    you can contact support via a number of methods
    here
    - this lets you talk directly with them so hopefully one of them will be able to help you get sorted. The forum team can't book repairs for you and will only probably only be able to send you onto the online booking service - which I think always needs
    that serial number.

    Hey again,

    the serial number you might need would be the one on your console - it should be on a sticker underneath I think. You can also find it in the Console Info screen in Settings (along with the console ID which is sometimes needed for repairs so make a note
    of it as well!).

    If you have registered your console before it might be on the
    myservice site
    already - or you can add it there yourself. Once the console is listed it gives you options for sorting out accessories etc.

    Hi,

    I would recommend you to wait a couple of days, since representatives told you that you would receive it. If it doesn't come, call Microsoft so they can provide you precise information about your controller.

  5. It is generally a 14-21 day turn around here in the U.S.

    If you are outside the U.S. this could differ. Head to this website and it should automatically load your region as well as the correct info for your region. Unless of course you have changed it in the past. If you do need to make a change to show the correct
    region, on the bottom of any xbox.com page in the left hand corner click whatever country is listed and make the change accordingly.

    Replace a faulty replacement controller?

    Hi there

    I have tried this and I keep getting “phone calls and web chat is not available for this issue” and the virtual assistant is constantly pushing that I pay for a replacement.

    This is poor customer service. I shouldn’t have to pay another £75 for a replacement controller that may not last 5 months, like the replacement I already have!

    This is really getting frustrating.

    When I originally applied for a replacement they told me I wouldn't have to send my controller off then they proceeded to send me a battery door!! When I contacted xbox support again they told me that as far as they were concerned the matter was closed and
    resolved, good job I didn't send my controller!!

    I've got extended warranty too so hopefully it won't be long
