    Replacement controller is incomplete - what to do?


    A recent controller I purchased had a warranty issue - and was replaced under microsoft's warranty. So far no issues, but the controller I have been sent as a replacement does not have the battery cover and is therefore incomplete.

    I've sent emails to both microsoft and a microsoft gaming specialist as per their 'contact us' and also tried to call a representative but that process never works...

    Up to now I've spent two weeks trying to sort this issue but no one is returning my emails, calls, messages etc - what can i do to get hold of anyone that can help?

    Doesn't seem like this route works either - no responses from email, forum or messages. Phone numbers not connecting as no agents available...

    When a physical gift card is damaged, incomplete, or illegible, you'll need to go to the store where you purchased it and explain the problem. Please note that you must present proof of purchase.

    Xbox Support can only assist with issues related to digital codes.

    I don't know where I can see if there's an open request or not. As far as I see, there's not one open. As for third party repairs, I bought it through Amazon and sending the controller back to the US would be costly. Either way it only had a 30 day back warranty, and I'm past that already.

    To see if it's my browser, I tried with Google Chrome with no different results. This is the message in question.

    As for the agent. Who do I contact? And how? Do I go through the 'Contact Us' area in the Xbox site?
