Replacement console has already broke..

Discus and support Replacement console has already broke.. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Had my Day One console Advance Exchanged and now this replacement has already broke only 3 weeks after receiving it...     Replacement console has already broke..


    Had my Day One console Advance Exchanged and now this replacement has already broke only 3 weeks after receiving it...

    I want to have this one replaced with a BRAND NEW boxed console not another shoddy refurb, how can i go about having this?

    Will this be my third Xbox One console in less than 3 years?

    My original Xbox One's disc drive broke after just 6 months from the day of purchase. My warranty covered the cost of a so-called 'certified' replacement Xbox One. It hadn't even been 10 months when my replacement Xbox One console's wireless hardware started
    to fail me. After a Xbox 'help and support' member deemed that my Xbox One needs to be seen by a technician, I am now expected to pay for the cost of fixing the device, which is completely unacceptable, given the fact that this will be my 3rd Xbox One console
    in less than 3 years. I feel that Microsoft has failed me, and has made a mockery of my warranty entitlement, by replacing my original broken Xbox One, with yet another inevitably doomed Xbox One, only to have me pay for the cost of yet another fix / replacement.

    I do not want to pay for a 'fix' or a certified replacement Xbox One, because the console has already failed me twice, and so I have lost faith in the console.

    Can anybody shed some light on this matter?

    Broken Discs Replacements

    Most all compaines already have a broken disc replacement program. If you look in the back of a game manual or at the individual compaines website you will see that most replacement programs are between $15-20. If you happen to break your CD or scratch it
    up you can get it replaced. MS has a list of almost all of their published games for a replacement cost of 20 bucks.

    Not sure if you can ask for a new console. However, in my opinion, I got my Day One console replaced with a refurb, and I feel like I would trust it. I think the refurbs are from people who have sent their broken consoles in...then Microsoft fixes those
    problems. Just get it replaced again and hopefully you won't have to deal with another broken console.

    Not sure if you can ask for a new console. However, in my opinion, I got my Day One console replaced with a refurb, and I feel like I would trust it. I think the refurbs are from people who have sent their broken consoles in...then Microsoft fixes those
    problems. Just get it replaced again and hopefully you won't have to deal with another broken console.

    If I had a Xbox One that broke after a month I would have already returned it from where I purchased it and had it replaced. Nothing to think about...
