Replaced my old xbox one for a new one and having profile/dashboard problems

Hey guys, I recently replaced my old xbox one for a new halo xbox one. the console works fine, but I'm finding that my tiles on the dashboard do not load, neither do any gamerpics/achievments, my background and it refuses to let me change my dashboard colour.
I also have the same problem on my external hard drive that the games are there and will play but the tiles do not load unless I actually play the game. I have tried all of the normal go to methods of correction i.e hard reset, deleting and retriving profile
and restoring to factory settings but none of that has worked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How to transfer information

I would like to know how to transfer all the information from my old profile to my new one because I am having problems with my previous profile

 

My Xbox is acting strange

I recently got some new games, a new pair of headphones, and an external hardrive for my Xbox one, and recently, I have been having several problems with my Xbox. I am frequently disconnected from parties. My Games crash or loose connection constantly. And
in some cases, when I'm wearing headphones, the audio will stop and becomes replaced by a load static-ish noise. Any ideas?

Hi - I'm having the same issue. I was in the preview program but don't have the app on the new Halo Xbox. I'm also having very slow download speeds - wired connection with average speeds of 70/50 normally (and on everything else connected).

Hey guys. Make sure you report the issue via the preview app on your console. This will send data and a screenshot to Microsoft. You should be able to redownload the app from your Ready to Install section on your new Xbox. You'll also want to post in the
Preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx). When you have problems, and are in the preview program, you will always want to post
there because it is most likely caused by the preview, and if not, the preview team can still investigate it and work on a fix in the future.

In the meantime, I know you said you've done a hard reset, but did you try unplugging the console for 5 minutes while it is off? Sometimes a hard reset alone doesn't fix issues, but that method does. If that doesn't help, as it may not since you've already
factory reset, it sounds like this is a connection issue, so I would start with a Network Test, and see if you get any error messages or warnings there.

 

The thing is I've opted out of the latest preview so I don't think this is the issue

 

yea same here. I'm not actualy using the new dashboard, as i also opted out of the early user scheme.

 

I've sorted mine now - it was an issue with my hub. I found the answer at
