Replaced console and now only one profile has full access to games

Our Xbox 360 was replaced by Microsoft with a refurbished unit. The existing hard drive was installed into the refurb and showed all downloaded games as demos until I deleted and reloaded a game. Now the main profile has full access to our downloaded games
and the other profiles still can access the games but are still only able to play them as demos. Not sure why but if I download content to the main profile and then change to a different profile it appears as if I have full access to all games until I try
and open one of them. When I try to open a game the permissions change and show the games as demos again.

Any help would be appreciated!

Refurbished Xbox 360 will only allow main profile access to downloaded games.

Purchased second console but access issues with arcade games.

So, after much deliberation we decided to purchase a second console for the kids to play downstairs. We had purchased arcade games on the original console under my profile which allowed them to access and play the full game from their profiles. All of
the profiles have live accounts but only a couple are gold. I downloaded all profiles and content to the new console but for some reason my profile is the only one allowed full access to the arcade games. All other profiles can access these games but are restricted
to trial versions only. Is this an error or Microsoft's way of saying please buy these game AGAIN......

You need to do a license transfer on the account that purchased the content then redownload the content.

Actually it is

Since you have e a bunch of xbox series x you MUST BE signed into the account that has the xgu and previously downloaded the games

You cannot use gamepass to enable access to xbox one games with gold games

You need full xgu or gold

Only one home console and only the profile with xgu can roam and only while connected to live

You can only use one console to access your main profiles with games with gold and purchases on offline

I already did that, as I stated in my first post. Going into the kids' profiles didn't help either, as the only ones that give access to "account management" are the profiles with a Xbox Live membership. Besides, if the license hadn't transferred, then
mine would also be the demo-only version.

Before the new console, all of my kids could play the full game. Now, I am the only one who can play it.

1. Sons console is set as 'My Home' console with my profile (not sons).

2. Using sons profile he has access to my 'Owned games' but Game Pass games he does not. He only has access to them if I sign his profile out then sign in with my profile. Once he turns his console off or restarts it he only has access to my 'Owned games'.

Whatever profile downloaded the games has to be on the non-home console and signed into Live to access the games at the same time. The 2nd profile will not be able to access the games on the non-home console without the purchasing profile online on that
console. 2nd profile can only access games on the purchasing profiles home console without the actual purchasing profile.
