    Its been months since I sent my head set in for repair/replacement (warranty good til 12/16/15) and I still have not received it.

    They did sign for the package and processed the package and then....I fell off the face of the earth. So, 2 1/2 hours on the phone to set

    up a new replacement order, almost a month and 10 emails with no response...I still do not have the replacement. POOR CUSTOMER

    SERVICE. RIDICULOUS ! Now it's the point....replace the headset already OR JUST RETURN MY EMAILS !!!!!!!!!!! -

    Xbox One Headsets Broken and MS wont replace them.

    My Xbox one headsets just broke so I called MS to get a replacement but I guess MS know they are making a POS headset because they are not covered

    past 90 days for the warranty. My "Warranty ran out 4 days ago on the headsets and MS wont replace them. watch out everyone MS is going to soak you for another

    $25/$30 to buy a new headset. I guess I'm going with sony from now on at least they build stuff that does not break and or is sold already broken.

    Headset for me? one that fit????

    If you're looking for a "chat only" headset, I finally replace my original 360 headset with this, and love it...

    Agreed. Did we take a step backwards when we bought the Xbox One? I love the system, but not having a simple wireless headset like the one on the Xbox 360 is really annoying. I hate this wire. I already broke my the one that came with the system and replaced
    it with another stock headset. I DO NOT want a stereo headset as I have a nice sound system. Just make a wireless headset already. The system should have came with one to begin with.

    Xbox Online Service Center website - Doesn't load my registered consoles.

    Its all messed up for me, trying to replace a headset and all I keep getting is no devices registered so I try to re-enter the serial and it says it already registered! If I keep clicking Devices my XB1 finally shows up but when I go to the process of replacing
    the headset I get to the My Details page and then when I click next to confirm it takes me back to the start and guess what, no registered devices again! Madness!

    Hi Sayann,

    I've hard reset the Xbox already and tried the ES2 controller again but no luck. Switched back to my ES1 and the headset works fine. Any other suggestions or do you think this is a hardware fault and a replacement needed?

    Replacement headset?

    I expect I would get the same reply from support that I already got, the fact is it does not take three+ days to pack a headset and dispatch it, I should know because it didn't take me that long to pack and dispatch the one I sent back.
