    Hi I just got banned from communication, the next day I get kicked out of a game and am told I can't play games online, I went to the website and said I was suspended for market place theft and harassment, the enforcement team says that they go over your
    account, obviously not because I have evidence of every purchase, and how would I harass anyone if I was communication banned, oh please do tell me.

    Hello,

    I'd like to complain about a report onto my account for violation terms and service with Microsoft on the Xbox One.

    A quick backstory

    I was playing RainbowSixSiege with two guys who I had on Xbox. Team kill is allowed on that game and you can be punished for it. Every game they decided to kill me for no reason and it made me angry. I reported them to Ubisoft for unfair play. I am a good
    player and always remember not to break the rules when playing games like this. Anyway I had had enough of them killing me so one game I retaliated to prove my point about them being unfair players and seeing if they like it. I then voted to kick one of them
    out of the game for killing me the final time. Which then nobody voted to kick them. After the attempt at kicking them they decided to try and kick me out of he game. After that I had told them that I reported them for unfair play and was about to leave the
    party but then I got a messege from one of them saying that they have reported me. There is no reason why they did it. They spam reported my account several times and got a few of their 'Microsoft Buddies' to ban me. I am supposed to be meeting my American
    buddy on here tonight for a few games of payday 2 but I can't due to these two or more people reporting my account for no reason. After the report I reported them and said it was a false report and also I reported them for racism as they were making references
    to Nazis and Jews and one of them called someone a ****** Jew and I hated that very much. They have both been banned before off of Xbox for breaking rules. I am a nice fair guy and don't want them banned off of voice communication but I'd like them to start
    being nice to other people for once and consider others for a difference as the language coming out of their mouths is frankly vile and ignorant.

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

    Case Review
    . 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
    that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

    HERE
    , however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

    Code of Conduct
    , which you should review prior to filing the review.

    If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

    It takes time to investigate any report filed.

    Your suspension for harassment would most likely be for something you did weeks ago,not while you were already serving a suspension.
