    Repeating notifications that I am online


    Two days ago, a friend told me he was getting pop up notifications that I was online - every five minutes... I apologized and changed it so I showed offline, wondering how many of my 100+ friends were bombarded with it as well. I've been trying to google
    what causes this to no avail. Anyone have any ideas? I certainly do not want to cause this issue for my friends.

    Non-Stop Downloads

    I'm trying to re-download a DLC, and it literally keeps repeating itself. Everytime I try to cancel it I get the error "80150101". The notifications literally do't stop popping. Any suggestions?

    Alerts for friends coming online...where are they?

    i am actually happy there is no online notifications, but if they do bring back the online notifications i sure hope they give you the option to turn it on/off

    Yes we have received multiple reports regarding this particular notification issue, however, no official announcements have been made by Microsoft .In the meantime we can just perform troubleshooting steps.

    But since you have gone through all that I recommend you to file a report to the Xbox teams and help bringing attention to this issue

    No notification when friends come online (notifications turned on )

    I am having exactly the same problem. I can see which friends are online, I just don't get a notification when they come online any more. I checked my preferences, and "Show Notifications" is definitely ticked.

    Restarting the router and the console doesn't work. It's been happening for a few days now.
