    my Xbox one doesn’t remember my WiFi details. Ha r to reconnect ever so often. Surely you should only have to enter details once and Xbox should remember???

    unable to cancel auto renewal

    Hi,

    I've tries repeatedly to cancel my auto renewal but with no joy. After having to wait for a month for my security details to be verified I now get an error ever time I try to cancel. Please help asap!!!

    @zombie You hit it right on the nail. Too bad people still trust Sony after they repeatedly do nothing to earn that trust. Oh, my bad, completely forgot about the subscription to rent games lol.

    quick factory reset of the console    . Please be sure to keep your games and apps installed when asked to do so during this process. After that, please let us know if this behavior continues.

    Ok, securing your home against break-ins is NOT MS's responsibility. This is why I have renter's insurance, as well as a security system in my apartment that's networked to an app on my phone. My advice, if you have renter's or homeowner's insurance, file
    a claim, and if your insurance company tries to gank you, see a public adjustor. If you don't have insurance, get it before getting another XBOX.
