  1. Repeated suspensions, simply not enough information given to avoid.

Okay, so I seem to be having severe trouble with the enforcement team ever since I moved to Xbox One, despite my best efforts to keep my actions within the rules.

Ignoring my dislike for some of the rules being simply unrealistic or not taking into consideration the circumstances at all, I have been doing my utmost since my previous ban to avoid getting banned again, as I find it extremely unpleasant and seek to avoid
    it where-ever possible.

However, I seem to once again have slammed headfirst into enforcement, to put it bluntly. I did not expect my case reviews to result in a successful appeal, but even so, the information provided is far too vague to properly correct my behavior if I don't actually
even know what is causing the rule break except for meaningless titles.

I know support cannot give me extra information, but the enforcement page has no other communication tools available for me to try to ask the enforcement team themselves beyond a single review block of 500 characters. I simply ask for as much information as
possible, especially given the extreme timescale of the ban, and the generally unhelpful information given despite a lot of it being given. I have read the terms repeatedly, before that is suggested again.

The only potential issue I can identify is me responding poorly to unsporting and dishonest players who are not going far enough to break the rules, but I have even been toning that down severely, limiting my use of profanity and yet I still manage to get slammed
with the worst ban I've ever had.

I behaved far worse on 360 and only ever got banned once, I wish to avoid further bans, but the information given by enforcement is still too vague. I simply need more information, examples, if possible.

I also further request that all the bans are actually displayed on the enforcement page so I can actually see when they expire.

    :)

No setting to hide what game you are playing.....

Never realised that in this thread a person who simply repeated information given in the thread was given a verified answer over those who had originally given it.

    Yeah, no favouritism there,

  3. No Suspension Information/Duration Given

I got a message and email that my XBox Live account was "subject to enforcement". And it seems like it is a communications suspension. but when I go to check the enforcement history, there's literally no other information: not what the enforcement is for,
how long it will last ... or even that it exists at all. This happened over 24 hours ago. How can I figure out how long it will last?

  4. Repeated suspensions, simply not enough information given to avoid.

I just simply wish to actually have enough information to prevent this repeated enforcement issue, because even after all these bans for the exact same reason, I have not been given any specific information on how to prevent this from happening except for
vague, generalized descriptions or requests to read the terms, which I have done multiple times. If there's a way to contact enforcement after a case review, that would be very helpful, or to get the relevant people to see this.

  6. That is seriously unhelpful.

I need to know EXACTLY which behavior is crossing the line. I've been carefully watching my behavior since my ban in Febuary and still hit a ban, so I have tried unsuccessfully to identify and stop the behavior in question. Am I literally NOT allowed to ever
negatively respond to a player when they are behaving poorly but not to the level of reporting them?

Also, did you even read what I said? No hostile messaging was initiated by the dishonest players. The problem is, I NEED TO KNOW where the line is exactly because obviously I don't know exactly where it is and despite my efforts I am repeatedly crossing that
    line.

The case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. There is no other way to contact them. Per the terms you agreed to when you signed up, they are not obligated to give specifics. If you'd like to leave feedback/suggestions about how they operate,
you would need to post at Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice

    The
    code of conduct
tells you what is & what isn't acceptable on xbox live & is a pretty simple set of rules to follow.

It's not vague at all & millions of xbox live users manage to follow those rules with no problem.
