    Hello, Arturo. New information from my debit card provider. They switched to the Visa payment system. And my old Master Card system is blocked. I think by the evening I will connect a new Visa, and everything paid will work. Until another pause.

    Is this unsuccessful charge you’re referring a game pre-order, or it was a regular purchase for a game, add-on, etc.?

    If the charge is for a pre-order, Microsoft will try to charge you again in the following 48 hours.

    However, you can follow these steps:

    “Sign in to your account and go to your order history.
    Find the pre-ordered game and select Change how you pay.
    On the Pick another way to pay screen, you can either choose a different payment method, or add a new one.

    If you don’t have another way to pay, we’ll try to collect payment from your payment method again before the game launches. Your pre-order will be canceled if this is unsuccessful.”

    If you’re trying to purchase a game that was already launched, you can always re-purchase it from the Microsoft Store, Vadim.
