    Good morning, I made the purchase of the resident evil revelations 2 and All the expansions that have of him to a good time already, I played the game, I completed it in different levels and after a time I deleted the game to give space to another game,
    now On 08/28/2017 I downloaded again the game 'resident evil revelations 2' and the same is charging me again for every expansion that I have already bought in my xbox 360. I downloaded the expansion and I was charged again, I have historical account To prove
    the purchases ...

    In other words, they are charging me again for items I had already bought and used.

    Vip pass repeat billing.

    What do you mean by v.i.p. pass?

    Only v.i.p. passes that I know of are the game add on's.

    Vip pass repeat billing.

    I recently bought a Microsoft vip pass, thinking I was paying for an online game for my Xbox one. After a very quick download and installing. I went to see the software, and saw no evidence of the download. I eventually discoved that I had paid for a vip
    pass. Since then I have been sent four microsoft billing invoices. This is the first time I've come across a vip pass.

    Ok so after constantly repeating the same issue multiple times it looks like i somehow was able to create 2 accounts in the microsoft billing system using the same email address.
