hallo,

ich hatte letztes wochenende einen austausch meiner XoneX angefordert.( ist extrem laut geworden )

tauschkonsole kam gestern an. deutlich leiser als meine.

allerdings, das diese vom reparatur service stammt kann ich kaum glauben. an der rückseite ist die schraube so hart misshandelt worden, diese ist komplett rund. lehrling am werk gewesen?

desweiteren klappert diese, nein es ist nicht die festplatte. aufrgund dessen das diese deutlich klappert sagt mir - da wurde nix gemacht und einfach wieder raus geschickt.

heute per hotline wurde der anruf einfach beendet. ( letzte satz war "ich verstehen nicht was sie meinen" ) - zack anruf beendet

500€ bezahlt und dann sowas. absolut nicht OK.

war mit dem support an sich bisher immer zufrieden, aber ein anruf der einfach beendet wird hatte ich noch nicht.

und es gab viele gespräche mit dem support aufgrund meiner damaligen XoneS.

online in der geräteliste wird mir für diese tauschkonsole ( von juli 19 ) auch "garantie abgelaufen" angezeigt. meine von 2017 hat natürlich diese natürlich noch. iwas stimmt da doch nicht.

ist es möglich einen abholschein für UPS zu bekommen oder ähnliches?

die nächste UPS station ist ca 15km entfernt und ohne auto schwer zu erreichen.

nun heisst es erstmal daumen drücken das die zweite konsole auch dem zustand meiner entspricht und nicht schlechter :/

per chat hat es nun ganz gut geklappt. tauschkonsole zurück und bekomme eine andere "bessere" nach eingang der 1. tauschkonsole zugeschickt.

bin ich mal gespannt, ich hoffe wenn es eine reparierte ist das diesmal der meister am werk war und nicht der lehrling.
