Bonjour

J'ai un problème avec ma mannette xbox fournie avec ma xbox one x achetée neuve et encore sous garantie.

Il y a 3 problèmes premierement le stick gauche est défaillant car la camera en jeu se deplace toute seule, il faut forcer sur le bouton RB

pour qu'il fonctionne et la mannette se deconnecte toute seule régulièrement. Puis-je demander une réparation gratuite et si oui comment.

J'ai eu une situation similaire que vous avez fait et passé par toutes les étapes de soutien ainsi. Dans mon cas, comme cela semble être le vôtre, j'ai dû envoyer ma console en réparation. Vous pouvez le mettre en place la page de réparation.
