    Buenas tardes.

    Tengo un mando Élite que ya está fuera de garantía, y tiene un problema con el gatillo y el stick que se hunde. No encuentro la manera de solicitar una reparación aunque sea pagando...¿alguien me puede indicar el procedimiento a seguir?

    Hello Knot,

    Thanks for coming to the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, if the controller is out of warranty. They no longer repair them. This is true for any controller that is out of warranty. Only items they repair out of warranty are the consoles.

    What controller are you referring to standard controller V1 or V2, or the elite more expensive controllers v1 or v2? All joysticks have issues sometimes it does happen even with the dualshock5 it can be many things like wear and tear and other reasons
    sadly.

    ive heard a lot of faults with the controller which is why i stuck with my v1 elite controller and havent bought the v2
