    Repalcement One Controller disconnect again


    I revived wendnesday my replacement One and i hav the same problems.Disconnet in the menü or in the game. I give my controller to a friend they works perfect at his console. I habe tried every steps shut down wlan and and and. Xbox was my favorite consol
    but now i am very sad about that. I read so mich about this problem an Ms do not give a Statmen :-(. Schould i send the One again to Ms. sorry about my english have a nic day

    Controller disconnects AGAIN!!

    When are microsoft going to acknowledge that there is a problem with the controller or the xbox1, or both, instead of trying to blame our wifi? Can we get a replacement controller or xbox free of charge or are we just expected to foot the bill?

    The controller disconnects seem to happen only when playing online with others and at crucial moments, of course. Can someone at microsoft actually give me a definitive reason for the disconnects? With all the tech know-how at microsoft, please enlighten
    us all.

    Hi, that's one weird issue. Did you try syncing the controller again? Could you try removing the power cable from your console, press the power button a few times reconnect the power cable and then sync the controller again.

    If this Xbox One controller was recently sent to you, then it should still be under warranty in which case you may want to consider sending it back in.

    Zinacef I read his post and it says the controller is working find on his friends console, this (just thinking troubleshooting wise) to me would suggest that the issue lies with something other than the controller would it not?

    You would have to set up a repair with Microsoft. Otherwise, self-repair is a violation of the terms of service.
