Discus and support Repairs.... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I know this isn't the place but I am not really sure what is. Can anyone explain to how track my repair order?     So I know this isn't the place but I am not really sure what is. Can anyone explain to how track my repair order? I know myservice.xbox but I cannot access it through any means. I have no idea what the username and password it is asking for are I have
    tried my credentials for my xbox account and every other account I own. Is it Supposed to be set up separately? If so can someone tell me how to do that because I cannot find anything. I am very sorry to be of inconvenience and post in the wrong place but
    I really have no clue where else to look. Thanks in advance.

    Repairs!!

    Sent my one back to Microsoft to have power supply issue fixed, been gone nearly two weeks, I'm begging someone to shine some light on how long the repair process typically takes. I NEED MY XBOX BACK!!

    Hey guys, if you are logged into the forums here with the same credentials as your xbox account, which I assume you are, then it should just show your current repairs that are attached to your account. If that isn't the case, your best bet is to contact
    official Xbox Support either by their official chat, twitter (twitter.com/xboxsupport) , or over the phone @ 1-800-4-MY-XBOX and they'll be able to look up your account and see if maybe there was a mistake in attaching the repair details to your account. Hopefully
    this can help you out a bit.

    If it has a hard drive then take that out before sending it in for repair.

    You can copy your saved game data to cloud storage or flash drive. As for the DLC, you can always go to your purchase history and re-download everything. If they are to completely replace the console, you'll need to do a license transfer. That should
    take care of everything. :)

    I would give it a week or 2 more as it is right after xmas, so there are a lot of postages being sent out/ returned right now and thus, might slow things down (they do ask for a 2-3week turn around allowance).

    If it does not arrive, you should have a tracking number associated with the shipment, for the carrier you are using and they would be the best people to contact as to where your package actually is. Likewise, that same tracking information along with your
    personal information can be given to the Xbox repair team call center, who should be able to look up whether or not your package has arrived as of yet.

    ive gone through a couple bricks myself over the years and have found Amazon to have decent replacements for half the cost. you do get what you pay for but i bought one for 15 bux and it lasted a year or so...good luck
