Repairs please?

Hi there,

So I am currently just about To begin using a new official Xbox Wireless controller. I currently have two faulty official controllers. 1 of which has left analogue stick problems and another which has a broken RB button. As a loyal and longstanding customer
I am mailing to ask if it would be possible to send either or both of these for repair?

Repairs....

So I know this isn't the place but I am not really sure what is. Can anyone explain to how track my repair order? I know myservice.xbox but I cannot access it through any means. I have no idea what the username and password it is asking for are I have
tried my credentials for my xbox account and every other account I own. Is it Supposed to be set up separately? If so can someone tell me how to do that because I cannot find anything. I am very sorry to be of inconvenience and post in the wrong place but
I really have no clue where else to look. Thanks in advance.

 

Repairs!!

Sent my one back to Microsoft to have power supply issue fixed, been gone nearly two weeks, I'm begging someone to shine some light on how long the repair process typically takes. I NEED MY XBOX BACK!!

Xbox accessories like the controller have a 90 day warranty period in which you can get a repair for free. After this period of time is exceeded you'll need to pay for shipping and repair, these costs are usually about the same as purchasing a new controller
(depending on where you live for shipping)

Thanks for your help! I will be sure to do this. However when I click the link provided it is asking for a username & password which I'm not sure what it is referring to. Have entered my e-mail & gamer tag and it says access denied.

 

I have now tried to enter my serial number when registering a device and the serial number is too long for the box provided! I really feel like I'm going from pillar to post here with no progression...cheers Microsoft only about £100 I've forked out on controllers!
No throwing involved I'm not that naive...

When on the myservice website use these steps to replace a controller

• On the home page click on Replace an accessory
• Select your Xbox One which you registered (If you haven't registered it yet please register it through
  register a device on the main page)
• Select Controller (3.5mm)
• Next
• Select the controller which will need replacement, the original or new 3.5mm
• Enter the product ID and follow the remaining steps
