Discus and support repairs for original xbox 360 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So Microsoft isn't supporting the original 360 anymore (way to punish those of us who have been loyal for that long, but I digress) and mine just...     So Microsoft isn't supporting the original 360 anymore (way to punish those of us who have been loyal for that long, but I digress) and mine just decided to go belly up. Is there anyplace that will repair them for a decent price?

    Xbox Original DVD replacement

    It's an original Xbox, not an Xbox 360. I don't believe Microsoft repairs the original consoles anymore, so that's why he can't send it in for repairs.

    Just to clarify the situation.

    " Due to the age of the original Xbox 360 console, we have discontinued support, repairs, and exchanges as well as the distribution of accessories for the original Xbox console except where required by law. "

    Hello,

    You can look locally for either an independent game store that fixes consoles or an electronics / computer service centre. There are still a few around and some even advertise online so maybe if you google your local area.

    Sorry that's the best I can offer other than trying to fix it yourself or selling it to someone who can fix it. broken consoles are still popular on eBay.

    I would like to add that discussion of self repair or having your Xbox repaired by any repairer other than the Xbox Service Centre is not allowed on the forums.

    Any attempt to have the Xbox serviced by an unauthorised repairer could also lead to the Xbox being banned from Xbox Live.

    xbox 360 is no longer repaired, neither is the original xbox one from 2013. You would need to find a reputable repair shop.
