    Repaired Xbox Tracker Not Working


    I sent in an Xbox One for repair a few weeks ago (busted disc drive). The repair site tells me that they have sent me the repaired unit, but the tracking number they provide turns up an error on the FedEx site. Its been 2 days of this happening. Should I
    be concerned?

    No, but the console was repaired and mailed back within the estimated time given on the repair summary, even with a large snowstorm backing up FedEx. My best advice is just to trust that its on its way and call Xbox if it doesn't turn up in the allocated
    time. Also, the repair page will tell you when the unit is received and shipped, so that should give you an indication where it is.

    As long as you sent it to the right address, everything's alright, LOL. Now, if you're getting a hard drive repaired or something else, it won't show up in the tracker as the tracker only tracks the status of a console itself, not any other items associated
    to it for repair. So if you sent a controller or something else, it won't show up.
