Repaired item didn't send everything back

Important If you do need to send your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller to our service center, do not send removable parts with your controller. They will not be returned to you. Keep all
the removable D-pads, paddles, and thumb sticks. You'll receive a replacement controller without these parts, so you'll need to use those original parts with the replacement controller.

When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----Select See other options
  
• Step 3 ----Select topic
  
• Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
  
• Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
  

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

As of yesterday everything seems to be working fine again. Probably an auto update... but not sure. But I'm glad I didn't have to send it for repair.

When you send it back for repair does everything get sent back (power brick, cables) or just the console?

ok the manipulating didn't work. I was able to get the items into the cases but as soon as I left the house and came back everything was on the floor. This happened every time I tried it with different items.
