    I sent my day one xbox one controller off to get repaired for the 4th time in 3 months on janurary 27. Then my controller was lost for about a week or two, then found at the service center. So after about a month of waiting for a new controller, I was sent
    out a new one which I received today, only this controller trigger is rubbing against something and unable to be pressed. I am about done with microsoft and their badly made controllers, not once in my life have I had to return so many products in such a short
    amount of time, and then I have brought the horrible quality of the controllers up to Support via the phone and forums only to be lied to and told that there are no such issues as the ones I describe. So you lost a customer microsoft, Im not dealing what should
    had taken a few days turning into a few months.

    Xbox Customer Service Bad Experience

    Hello Black,

    I'm sorry you had a bad experience with Xbox Live Support ;however, you do have to keep in mind one of the down sides to an older game system is the cost to keep it repaired. Yes, It's a pain in the butt but I also had a older version and upgraded to the
    newer one as mine over heated. May I make a suggest and visit the local pawn shop or store you can find a good xbox 360 for under 100.00 with no issues that's how I got mine and I only spent 59.00 at the pawn shop. If you don't wish to have it repaired this
    may be another option for you.

    Awful Customer Experience

    Real good customer service Xbox. Your new expensive XB1X is a paper weight for me with a hardware issue. When I went to start the warranty process I was given the option to bring it in to the Microsoft store for repair. Cool, I can get it repaired today
    instead of waiting to ship it out and then for it to return. How wrong I was!! 40 minutes drive, wasted gas, and sitting in this store for over an hour to get this thing shipped out because “you don’t have any repaired units in stock.” ****. That is not
    how you treat your customers!!! Open a box to a new one and swap that one if no repair units are in stock. If this unit wasn’t under warranty I could understand. But it is! Thank you @XBoX for wasting 3 hours of my night and gas to get here!!

    Same problem here. Sent mine in for repair for a broken headset port on the 14th of November, confirming it arrived on the 17th and am still waiting for it.

    I've been on their butt about it but haven't heard a thing. I am very persistent and will get to the bottom of this. Their customer service is HORRENDOUS.

    Repair service is shocking and Xbox support has been the worst service i have ever received, I work in retail and if I sent a customers product away for repair and it took this long I would be embarrassed.
