Repaired console, no gift received

Hi,

I've sent my X1 S monday and received a new one today (it seems they didn't fix the old one, she was only 3 days old)

I received with the console a letter in 3 languages and inside we can note "We have included a free month xbox live card" but there isn't so here my question:

Status on repair center is "current" for my old X1S, will i receive some mail notification with the code when the status will change to "complete" or is it a mistake from the repair center ?

Now, if i don't receive anything, i will not be disappointed at all, i'm very happy to have a new console

I received this email on the 24/10/2016 that you received my Xbox one console to have it repaired or swapped out.

It has been 16 working days since then and i haven't received any update or a replacement console.

Can somebody please tell me whats happening.

Surely this should be a straight swap or been done already?

 

Sunset Overdrive $10 XBOX Live Gift Card

Pre-ordered Sunset Overdrive from the Microsoft Store and never received my $10 gift card. It's been nearly 3 weeks, 11 days past the "10 day" e-mail window. Received e-mails regarding DLC but no gift card code.

 

I got the same thing when I sent mine in, but no month of gold. I don't particularly need it, but I find it slightly annoying that they gave me this copy pasted letter that says here's a free month of gold without including it.

My apologize

I thought that the post was never answered because i didn't receive any mail.

This day, i've received an agent survey and discovered that there are answers.

Ok, so, as I said, it's not the fact that i didn't receive any month with the repaired device, it's only the fact that i've received a letter telling me there is some gold card inside the package and after some searches, it wasn't.

I will not use the support cause my account is valid till 2018 so i don't need the gifted card (and also because contact chat is not really what an user could call 'responsive', asking where was my X1S, they took me to the whole process to send it to Microsoft...but
the X1S was already there!!!!), i'd better call the support.

I'm not a perfect person and i make some mistakes also, I don't blame Microsoft support center, they were responsive to my repair and had maybe a lot of works since the S launched
