    Does anyone know of a phone number I can call about a repair to my xbox one. I sent it in a month a go for repairs and still have not gotten it back. I used the chat to try and find out what is going on and they could not help so the person in chat moved
    it to the Advocacy Team and said someone would email me or call and still nothing. No call no email. I would like to get my xbox that I paid for and got on day back. Can anyone help?

    have a broken 360, that iirc got the RROD. i imagine the cause is this thing

    . would replacing this part do the trick, or would its failure/breakage, caused more things to go bad?

    this thing has been sitting for years now, so i just wanna see if i can fix it easily/inexpensively. if not, its trash anyways.

    Almost 2 years in, what has Xbox done right?

    It's Phil Spencer. The guy is responsible for repairing a significantly damaged brand. The brand is everything in the corporate world and typically, it's extremely difficult to repair damage to a brand.

    Yes and it tell me nothing. Its been saying order in progress for a month.

    Not knowing where you are, you can contact support through the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page (support.xbox.com/contact-us)

    There isusually an option to request a call back so you don't have to wait on hold. If you're in the U.S./Canada you can call 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

    Mine has been in for the same repair twice now! Won't read the disk. Now it says they've shipped it back over a week ago but FedEx has no record of the tracking number they provided and I haven't seen my console. Thinking I chose the wrong console. My kids
    are super disappointed in the Xbox. Bummer........................

    If it has a hard drive then take that out before sending it in for repair.

    You can copy your saved game data to cloud storage or flash drive. As for the DLC, you can always go to your purchase history and re-download everything. If they are to completely replace the console, you'll need to do a license transfer. That should
    take care of everything. :)

    I would give it a week or 2 more as it is right after xmas, so there are a lot of postages being sent out/ returned right now and thus, might slow things down (they do ask for a 2-3week turn around allowance).

    If it does not arrive, you should have a tracking number associated with the shipment, for the carrier you are using and they would be the best people to contact as to where your package actually is. Likewise, that same tracking information along with your
    personal information can be given to the Xbox repair team call center, who should be able to look up whether or not your package has arrived as of yet.

    ive gone through a couple bricks myself over the years and have found Amazon to have decent replacements for half the cost. you do get what you pay for but i bought one for 15 bux and it lasted a year or so...good luck
