Discus and support repair xbox one controller in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was wondering if i can send my broken xbox one controller for repairs but the warranty is up im willing to pay to fix it but the website wont let me...     I was wondering if i can send my broken xbox one controller for repairs but the warranty is up im willing to pay to fix it but the website wont let me send a repair request do i have to contract support or Microsoft don't fix controllers unless its under
    warranty

    Xbox One Controller Repair

    Hi guys

    Similar to the person in the opening post/question.

    My analog joysticks are not working correctly - I assume you contact customer support and either request a replacement/repair service?

    If anyone has been through this or something similar, please let me know. Basically the analog sticks continually move the characters and do not sit centrally on the controller. Really irritating when you are playing anything!

    Any help is appreciated.
