    hello, I sent my xbox one for repair. The UPS website tells me that the package has just arrived at the repair center but the microsoft site tells me that the device has been received, repaired, shipped and delivered. It must be a bug but suddenly I would
    like to know when I would receive it.

    hi can you help I've been trying to get my Xbox headset and Xbox controller fixed but when I go to send it I realise that it didn't give m the label I've tried multiple times but it won't send it to my email.

    Ah, wonderful - that’s exactly what’s happening to me too. That sucks so much.

    What’s weird is that no one seems to be talking about it… is it just affecting a few of us?

    So it really seems like it’s difficult to speak to anyone at Microsoft. Extremely frustrating.
