I am going to send my X1 in for repair while it's still under warranty. The system is very loud when it starts up or when the disc is changed for the first 15min or so. When the disc stops spinning the system is inaudible. My question is does anyone know
what the approximate repair time is?

    :)

  2. Repair Time

It will probably take a bit longer for consoles, but it shouldn't take longer than a month. I too have dealt with sending my 360 in for repair 5 separate times, and it would take around a month. So I expect it to be the same for the Xbox One.

    Repair time

    Hi there,

in the past a repair for a console was about 2-3 weeks, but I couldn't quickly find the current details on it.

Keep in mind that it can be different per region on how long it takes

You should be able to track the status here: Help with Your Existing Xbox or Kinect Service Order

    Repair times

14-21 days...depending on your state, and also depending on when you send it out
