Repair/support needed

Hi, my son's xbox one is still under warranty, only purchased for xmas 2017, and has started to spark from the xbox. Its nothing to do with the power lead as we have tired another lead it seems to be the actual console. Any help or advice to how i get this
looked at?

Hello,

If it’s sparking then I’d say definitely send it in for a repair. If you’ve tried a different lead then I’d say send it in. Maybe try and plug it into a different outlet/socket to see if it still does it?

Ok sounds like you need a repair. You can either sign up for a repair here on XBox.com/support or call Xbox support

You would need to send it in for repair. Self repair is not allowed. Be aware though, if you have the original Xbox One, Microsoft do not support it any more, so would not repair it. Only the Xbox One S & Xbox One X are supported. If the console is out
of warranty, then you will need to pay for the repair as well.

you need to send your xbox one in for a repair . loud noise for a xbox one is not normal you can start repair order at xbox one support .com then you need to go down at the bottom where see repair and service center after that register your
xbox one console then start a repair order . if you need more help you can call xbox support or go to xbox one support website do a text chat
