    Repair Status Not Updating (Despite delivery)


    Hi,

    I sent my controller to Microsoft in Germany for a warranty replacement earlier this month. I sent the package via UPS and the tracking information shows that it was delivered on the 18th of June but I haven't received any update from Microsoft and when
    I check the status in my account it still says they are yet to receive the package.

    I have proof of delivery for the package and the name of the individual who signed for the parcel but have no idea who to contact next, even through support I can't seem to find a way to get in contact with a real person rather than a virtual assistant -
    who (to the best of my knowledge) wouldn't be able to help me anyway.

    Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

    P.S. Hope the category I put this into was correct, I wasn't sure exactly where it fit so just put it into Xbox on consoles.

    EDIT: I was hopeful that the controller would just arrive without the tracking updating however its coming up on 2 weeks now since it was delivered and I feel like I should follow the issue up, does anybody know how
    I could contact microsoft to resolve the issue? I can’t find a phone number or a way to call them anywhere

    The tracking information shows as delivered over a week ago is my issue as it's been with them for over a week and they're yet to even confirm that they've received the parcel.
