Repair status has disappeared?

I've tried all this ever time I click contact us and fill it out it tells me to request a call, when I do it tell me the call couldn't be requested try again later and I've tried this many times and I ain't getting nowhere

I understand Charlie L, in the link sent a user says the following:

When I originally created the service order, I was asked to add the device first to validate the warranty, which I did on the next page, but this did not add the controller to the "My Devices" section of my account, as it appears. So I just added the original serial number to my devices, then clicked on the device and the service order appeared. My replacement device is on its way to me. I hope this helps anyone having the same problem.

Sorry for that issue, please check your repair history: https://account.microsoft.com/devices, click on the console you registered the driver in and you should see the repair process. If not, contact an agent (chat or call).

I understand that you say that you have already tried many times and it seems that you are going around in circles but they are the only ones who can help you since this is a Microsoft public forum where we are players like you who try to help other players like basic problems this means that we do not belong to Microsoft.
