    Repair Status Elite Series 2


    Hello,

    i sent my elite series 2 in for a repair. It's been a week since then and the repair status still says that the controller isnt arrived at the service center. I used the label provided by ms to send it in. UPS says the controller arrived their last thuesday.
    Anyone has experience with that or the number of the German Service Hotline?

    Well, I now applied for a 2nd repair service and will send the XBox Elite Series 2 controller back soon.

    about elite series 2, I think this has more problem....

    I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

    And My 'A' button is very bad..

    There have been many issues with the Original Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. Peeling grips, sticky "A" button, and faulty bumper buttons were among the common issues at launch. Microsoft appears to have fixed the issues with the Series 2.

    If your controller is under warranty, then repairs are free. If your controller is out of warranty, then you'll be charged a repair fee.

    why are xbox one controllers so faulty and wear out fast and unreliable compared to other xbox controller generatioms

    The elite controller series one did have a few faults but did have a good repair back up system but the stronger one is the series 2.

    I     tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

    Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

    Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.
