    Hey all, I put in a repair order this past Wednesday and have not been able to access the Shipping Label on the site and have yet to receive one in my E-mail. Therefore I cannot ship my Xbox One X console. Can you help me?

    Thanks for the help was worried the package was left and stolen but I don't believe UPS works that way.

    You should be able to see the shipping label on this website
    https://support.microsoft.com/devices     and when you click on your device, click on the blue order number and there should be a link to the shipping label to print it. If not, please check your email and your spam folder.

    As I said in the initial message, that link for the label hasn't been working, it opens a tab and all that I see is this --> "[ ]"

    As for receiving it in an e-mail, the only one I have received is the one telling me that I started a service order and that another e-mail would come with the shipping label, which has yet to happen.

    I would either wait 24 hours for the email as it could take time to send and for them to get a label prepaid for you or you should contact Xbox support in a live chat if time is important.

    I would recommend going directly to the Microsoft Device Support page. You should see your options there.

    Let me know if you have issues logging into that site.

    They've confirmed they've received it, so that's the main thing - it's not lost in the mail. Do you know what was wrong with it. I'd imagine the scale of the repair could affect how long it takes to get done. Plus we don't know how many other devices
    are in for repair right now. There's also currently the possibility coronavirus is affecting things :(
    i sent my xbox in January we now in March take 2 moths to repair , why don't send me new one
