Repair Service Question

Hello,

I spoke to Customer support about repair as I still have warranty on my Xbox One.

They send me a email with all the info and what to do (Shipping info)

Yesterday I delivered it to a UPS Acces Point, today it shows that all things are done.

I got told it could take up to 13 to 21 days, so my question is: Did it really just take a day? Or is something wrong with it?

Service Repair Question

Hi microsoft

Unsure if this is the right spot to put my post just got a question i've put two service repairs for my xbox 360 controller & power supply as controller buttons dont work properly and my power supply is making strange noises and im covered for both in my
warranty but i need to know as each of the items have a differant SK# can i send them in the same box as long as i write both SK#'s And will i get sum form of gold membership for the time my items are being sent and received ? TIA

That's not something we have any information on. You'll want to keep working with phone/chat support regarding your warranty situation. They'll be in the best position to keep you apprised of the goings on.

Anything you send in with the controller is not guaranteed to come back. That includes the box.

I was given a months free live when my 360 went back for disc drive repair. mine was out of warranty, the price for repair covered transit both ways, and I was sent a label by email to print and put on package. I doubt you will get any response on here from
MS as previous poster said. I would send two packages if I had two seperate numbers.

You won`t get an answer from microsoft here.

I also doubt very much that you will be given some gold time just for sending items in for repair.
