    Repair service order


    Hello,

    I placed a repair service order for my elite series 2 Controller on March 21st. The item was shipped and delivered thrusday March 25th to the repair location. I just received an email my repair order was cancelled. You guys are in possession of my controller. This is ridiculous and I want a resolution asap.

    You'll have to contact support for that. You can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing some concern over a controller you sent in for replacement. If your warranty expired after the replacement order was created you should experience no issue and receive a new controller with a warranty
    on it. For more detailed information on your replacement, please use the
