    A couple days ago i sent my xbox for a repair service and yesterday i got a mail telling me that my xbox was delivered to my

    address but there's no tracking # and i dont know what did they do to it... is there a way i can see this info?

    If you have just received the email information, it could take 24 hrs to be updated on the link, but as I mentioned before the email says that has been send not delivered yet, so you have nothing to worry

    In some regions currently you don't receive a tracking information, that would be normal also

    Usually the Microsoft email will inform that the device was delivered to the currier, not to your house, and you can see information about it on your device site

    There you should be able to see the currier and the tracking number

    I wasnt able to find any of the information you said, the mail i got just says your device has been delivered,

    in the body of the mail it says something like,

    Good news! your device left the service central and its on its way to the address indicated.

    to have a good tracking of the status of my request go to your account ( as you said)

    But when i go to my account there's nothing related to the repair service nor the delivery.

    what are the options i have to follow to see that info?
