Repair series 2 controller

I have had it for a atleast 2 years but over the last year or so I have had constant issues with my trigger RT being stuck I have dislodged it with a diffferent amount of effort over the time progressively getting more difficult I have tried to pry it out and unfortunately haven’t had any luck

I was wondering if it’s possible to get this controller repaired and if so how would I proceed?

You can create an order for your controller by signing in to this link and adding it as a device using the controller's serial number which can be found at the back of it:

Once you have added the controller as a device click on "Info & Support" then "Start order". By the way, after you have successfully completed the order the shipping label will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.

The elite controller series one did have a few faults but did have a good repair back up system but the stronger one is the series 2.

There have been many issues with the Original Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. Peeling grips, sticky "A" button, and faulty bumper buttons were among the common issues at launch. Microsoft appears to have fixed the issues with the Series 2.

If your controller is under warranty, then repairs are free. If your controller is out of warranty, then you'll be charged a repair fee.

MS did expand the warranty from 90 days to a year. After some law suits i hear. Anyway, if you log into your microsoft account and go to devices, then make sure the device is registered, it will let you know if you're still under warranty. If so, you start
your ticket straight from there and if you're covered youll be emailed a shipping label. I just got my serise 2 controller back a few days ago. Besides something beoke inside my lb/rb buttons werent working right. It took several attempts to make them work.
Mine was fixed and returned in a timely manner.
