    My 360 just gave me 3 red lights on when I turn it on, replaced the power unit and still 3 lights. Must be something inside the 360 been trying to request service help thru Mircosoft and everytime I select the What is wrong option and hit continue I get
    "We're sorry. Something went wrong on our side, and we are working on it. Please come back in a while." Tried again multiple times at various time during the day. I'm guessing the best way is to call someone, b/c clearly online requesting is worthless.

    Is anybody else having problems with filing a repair request? It has been showing error messages after step two for DAYS now. HELP. :/

    I think the exchange is a refurbished console. You get that console while they fix yours. But I'm not 100% sure how that works.

    so, i spoke with "UK" support in Estonia....no help whatsoever......wait 28 days for a replacement (and miss the Q3 releases)....time to cancel my pre-orders and re-purchase for PS4 me thinks... :(
