    Hello, i requested a Repair/Replacement for my controller that wont turn on ( did all the things on the other topic), all went well and I received an email where they said if the transporter didnt send me the label in 24 hours to contact support, so i am
    doing it, help plz, service number 1267194950

    Fix the thing already

    This may be an isolated incident with your Xbox One. Seems to be really failing. Request a repair or replacement from Microsoft.

    If a piece of hardware breaks outside of the warranty you are not entitled of a replacement. If it's still in warranty you can request a repair or replacement through

    They don't send labels anymore. You should have gotten an email with instructions to print off a label. If you haven't then you can check the repair page:

    If you still cannot find one there then contact phone support in your region for more assistance. 1-800-469-9269 in North America or click the link to arrange a call back.

    Hi, my controller was "delivered" to frankfurt on 24/10 but i have had no acknowledgement of being received and most importantly - no insight into when i will get my replacement.....pls help

    so, i spoke with "UK" support in Estonia....no help whatsoever......wait 28 days for a replacement (and miss the Q3 releases)....time to cancel my pre-orders and re-purchase for PS4 me thinks... Repair/Replacement request :(

    I don't know if you tried this number for UK support but here it is.

    Also, if you live in Estonia you should know that Xbox Live is not officially supported there so that may be the reason for the wait time. However, you should keep on them to see if they can speed it up. After all, it is a controller and the console is
    pretty much useless without it.
