    Repair order


    I sent my Xbox One S in for repair last week on August 31st and have been tracking where it has been going with the UPS app. Yesterday, on the 7th of September it arrived at about 12:00pm in McAllen, Texas, at the return center and says it was dropped
    off at the "Dock." But when I check my status on here, it still doesn't say the package has arrived yet, should I be worried?

    Hi, that's normal procedure, it just takes a little time for things to get updated so I wouldn't be concerned about it.

    You will need to contact our live agents (the hardware team) for them to confirm this information for you and check the repair order process on your account.

    You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".
