    So, my Kinect after less than 24 hours of owning my Xbox One has just died on me, I've tried all the solutions to no avail. I put in my repair order for the Kinect, and my shipping instructions said to send in my Xbox without any peripherals or cables or
    anything? Is this a mistake? I'd think that they need my Kinect to replace it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
