    I am having trouble completing and repair request on the Microsoft website. Every time i try get to the end of filling out all my info it wont load up the payment menu. Does anyone have any information that would help me.

    Hello Manny, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your console.

    Usually if a repair has been refused then it suggests a self repair has been attempted on it. This would void any warranty and repair would not be given in those circumstances. However, to get more information on the issue itself I would recommend starting a chat at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us. When you get to a fellow Xbox gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate. They'll be the ones who can let you know the exact issue here.

    It sounds like a repair request is in order, you will need to go to the repair request section of the support page and they will get you taken care of!
