Repair order email links not working

I was approved for an Xbox One controller repair/replacement and received an email with the service ID request number but when you try to click on the link that is provided, nothing happens. There is no hyperlink nor is there a web address if you hover
over where the link is supposed to be. I have no idea where to go from here.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue with email. You can reply to the email and get new link. Also, you can go to
account page then devices and see the repair there. In case link don't work its account.microsoft.com

Select the device that you want to be repaired.

Follow the onscreen steps to complete your service order request.

After Device Services receives your submission, they’ll send you a service order number and an order confirmation email that includes shipping or drop-off instructions.

I was sent an email that my order was delayed.

I track my order as follows:

log in to profile> bottom of page in grey on LH side is a support tab> select repair> you will have a list of current repairs with a [Track] link..... I just checked mine.....

If you are unable to access the troubleshooting menu, there seems to be a hardware failure with the console already. I would highly recommend sending in the console for repair service.
