Hello Anton, When you are making your order, you are referring to the delivery address because you may have a billing address and a delivery address for your device.

What happens when you try to put a different address for the delivery of your device, the reason why if he accuses that he does not deliver in Northern Ireland, no matter how much he uses the UK store means that area is not covered for deliveries.

I ordered mine from Amazon back in August. I have very recently changed the delivery address of my order and now I have no estimated delivery date.

It’s actually 14 to 21 business days for an official repair or replacement from Microsoft, and this does include shipping time. The exact wait time depends on a various number of factors though such as your country/region, the specific model, etc.

Jeff, 2 day delivery time starts counting as soon as you get an email from Microsoft telling you they send the controller back to you.

Remember that all these dates are estimated time. Can take less or more than expected
